Failure during insatallation of the SQL Express

Hello,

I am getting this message:

Setup failed because Service MSSQL$SQLExpress is disabled for the current hardware profile.Services must be set with the current Hardware Profile logon property profile enabled.

Any idea how to resolve this problem?
