Fails to launch SQL Profiler 2005

Hi,
There seems to be a problem with SQL Profiler 2005 recently. It was working
till date and recently it is not starting up all of a sudden. I get the below
message.
PROFILER90.EXE - Application Error : The application failed to initialize
properly (0xc0000005).
Let me know if you need any information regarding the softwares installed on
my machine.
More information never hurts, but on other forms it's talking about .NET 3.0
being the issue.
