Fatal exception caught, SQL Server restarted

Our SQL Server 7.0, SP3, restarted and the messages in the
error logs are:

SQL Server is aborting. Fatal exception c00000fd caught.
Most likely a bug - perhaps you should try out SQL7 SP4 & if it keeps
occurring, contact PSS
